Este JUZGADO SEGUNDO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, CON COMPETENCIA ORDINARIA; CONFORME A RESOLUCIÓN N° 2013-0006 DEL T.S.J., ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA consumada la presente SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y BIENES; interpuesta por los cónyuges antes identificados, y suspende entre ellos la vida en común y demás obligaciones económicas que de mutuo acuerdo se impusieron los manifestantes.

Este JUZGADO SEGUNDO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS, DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA CON COMPETENCIA ORDINARIA; CONFORME A RESOLUCIÓN N° 2013-0006 DEL TRIBUNAL SUPREMO DE JUSTICIA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA, Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, considera SUFICIENTES y BASTANTES, las presentes actuaciones para Declararlas con fundamento en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, como TÍTULO ASEGURATIVO, del Derecho que le asiste a la Ciudadana: ROSA ELENA GARCIA DE PÈREZ, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V-8.726.870, en su carácter de cónyuge, como ÚNICA Y UNIVERSAL HEREDERA, del Causante JESUS ALFONSO PÈREZ SÀNCHEZ, dejando a salvo los derechos que pudieran asistirle a terceras personas
