En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con el Artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente y en consecuencia disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos GEAN CARLOS GARCIA MARCANO, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-14.022.613 y LIGIA DEL CARMEN RUIZ MEGIAS, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-14.761.760.
