PARTE DISPOSITIVA En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR, la solicitud de Divorcio por Desafecto formulada de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil, y la Sentencia Vinculante N° 1070, de fecha 9 de diciembre de 2016, dictada por la Sala, y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos: ELIZABETH SOFIA ARGUMEDO MUYALES, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V.- 18.798.854 y NESTOR GABRIEL CAHUANA YANEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad N° V.- 19.993.876. CÚMPLASE.- PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE DADO, FIRMADO Y SELLADO EN LA SALA DEL DESPACHO DEL TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJE.....
