Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: NORA MILAGRO VALERO ZERPA Y EUDES ALI DIAZ BLANCO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-8.024.960 y V-13.499.827, respectivamente en su orden y civilmente hábiles Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese a la Oficina de Registro Civil de la Parroquia: El Llano Municipio Libertador del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida y a la Oficina Principal del Registro Publico del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida, a los fine.....
