DISPOSITIVA: Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos MARIELA UZCATEGUI DE ZERPA Y JESUS ARMANDO ZERPA PUENTE, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V.- 10.241.988 y V- 10.105.101, respectivamente, domiciliados en la ciudad de Lagunillas Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida, y civilmente hábiles respectivamente en su orden.
