DISPOSITIVA Por las razones de hecho, así como las de derecho anteriormente descritas, ESTE TRIBUNAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL JUDICIAL N° 06 DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, hace los siguientes pronunciamientos: 1º) DECLARA SIN LUGAR LA NULIDAD INTERPUESTA, de conformidad con el artículo 190 y 191 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal. Y así se decide. 2º) NO ACUERDA LA ENTREGA MATERIAL DE LOS OBJETOS SOLICITADOS, por cuanto de conformidad con el artículo 311 y 312 EJUSDEM, son imprescindibles para la investigación, NOTIFÍQUESE A LAS PARTES.
