este Tribunal DEL MUNICIPIO ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MERIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano, la Solicitud de Divorcio formulada, y en consecuencia declara disuelto el vínculo Matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: ADRIAN GUTIERREZ RONDÓN y ELVA RAMIREZ DE GUTIERREZ, Venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nos V- 8.005.930 y V-8.075.497 respectivamente, y de este domicilio, tal como se evidencia del Acta de Matrimonio N° 5, Folio 6 del año 1961, expedida por ante la oficina Municipal del Registro Civil del Municipio Antonio Pinto Salinas del Estado Mérida
