este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DEL MUNICIPIO LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA, intentada por las Apoderadas Judiciales abogadas RITA DEL CARMEN MEZA VARELA Y VIELMA COROMOTO MEZA VARELA, venezolanas, mayores de edad, inscritas en el Inpreabogado Nº 96.997 y 118.444, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V-8.047.647, Apoderadas Judiciales de la Ciudadana CARMEN ALTUVE DE SEPEDA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de las cédulas de identidad Nº V-8.014.750; en contra los ciudadanos CELIA MARGARITA SERRES CALDERON Y JOSÉ ANGEL BRICEÑO SERRES, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de la cédulas de identidad Nros V-4.028.964 y V-15.754.091, domiciliados en la Avenida Los Próceres, Vía Pedregosa Sur, Residencias El Pinar, Apartamento 8-4, M.....
