Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA. Administrando Justicia en NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: De oficio LA INCOMPETENCIA POR LA MATERIA, para conocer la Demanda por Prescripción Adquisitiva propuesta por el ciudadano: ROBIRO ANTONIO RANGEL TORRES, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 9.068.024, inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 62.941 apoderado judicial del ciudadano CRISTOBAL FLORES, venezolano, mayor de edad, casado titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-8.771.17 y jurídicamente hábil, todo de conformidad con el artículos 28 y 690, del Código de Procedimiento Civil,.
