este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con la Sentencia 1070 de fecha 09 de diciembre de 2016, con carácter vinculante, emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y en consecuencia disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos LESBIA LISBEY RAMIREZ y RAYMOND CASTRO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. 10.900.335 y V.- 10.710.830, respectivamente. PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE.
