este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA Y OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de divorcio por ruptura prolongada de la vida en común, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil, formulada por la ciudadana: DEISY BENITA GUTIERREZ ARIAS, ratificada por el ciudadano JUAN JOSÉ GUTIERREZ CONTRERAS, hábiles. SEGUNDO: Se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos DEISY BENITA GUTIERREZ ARIAS y JUAN JOSÉ GUTIERREZ CONTRERAS.TERCERO: Por cuanto los solicitantes han manifestado que no procrearon hijos, no se dicta providencia alguna al respecto.CUARTO: Por cuanto los solicitantes han manifestado que no adquirieron bienes durante la sociedad conyugal no .....
