PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA, por cobro de prestaciones sociales y otros conceptos laborales, incoada por el ciudadano HECTOR ALÍ PARRA, en contra de la ALCALDÍA DEL MUNICIPIO LIBERTADOR DEL ESTADO MERIDA. (Ambas partes identificadas en actas procesales). SEGUNDO: Se condena a la ALCALDÍA DEL MUNICIPIO LIBERTADOR DEL ESTADO MERIDA, a pagar al ciudadano HECTOR ALÍ PARRA, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº 8.006.811, la cantidad de DIECINUEVE MIL TRESCIENTOS DIEZ BOLIVARES CON VEINTIDÓS CENTIMOS (Bs. 19.310,22) por los conceptos anteriormente señalados.
