En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con la Sentencia N° 1070, con carácter vinculante, de fecha 09 de diciembre de 2016, emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y en consecuencia ELISABEL MORENO ZERPA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-16.351.576 y JOSE LUIS AREAL MARTINEZ, de nacionalidad Española, mayor de edad, de ocupación Hostelería, titular del documento de identidad N° 10055081X.
