Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, El DIVORCIO POR MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO, de conformidad con el Artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, en aplicación directa de la Sentencia vinculante 693, Expediente N° 12-1163, dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia de fecha 02/06/2015, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos TABATHA GABRIELA MONTILLA RONDÒN Y DANNY JOEL LACRUZ PEÑA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros.
