PARTE DISPOSITIVA En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR, la solicitud de Divorcio por Desafecto formulada de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil, y la Sentencia Vinculante N° 1070, de fecha 9 de diciembre de 2016, dictada por la Sala Constitucional y la sentencia N°446 del 15 de mayo de 2014 dictada por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos: MAXIMINA GUILLEN DE CONTRERAS, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V.-13.229.826 y SIMEON CONTRERAS FERNANDEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad N° V.-11.460.696.
