En orden a las consideraciones que anteceden, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA. ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud de RECTIFICACIÓN DE LA ACTA DE NACIMIENTO; interpuesta por los ciudadanos EDGAR DE JESÚS PEÑA PEÑA y ALBA DE JESÚS PEÑA PEÑA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros. V-3.499.748 y V-3.211.270, solteros y civilmente hábil, representado por su Apoderada Judicial abogada JEANNET LOURDES DÀVILA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº V-10.710.752, abogado, inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión del abogado bajo el Nº 96.866 y jurídicamente hábil; carácter que se evidencia en Instrumento Poder Judicial Especial debidamente Autenticado ante la Oficina de Regis.....
