L A D I S P O S I T I V A Por fuerza de todos los razonamientos de hecho y de derecho que han sido en forma pormenorizada reseñados en la parte motiva del presente dictamen; ESTE TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la presente solicitud de UNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS, en consecuencia; ténganse como Únicos y Universales Herederos del causante LUIS EDUARDO QUIÑONEZ MORA, venezolano, divorciado, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº Vº 8.079.823, quien falleció ab-intestato, el 13 de Diciembre de 2018, según consta en Acta de Defunción Nº 83, a los ciudadanos: AIRTIERR SOLYMAR QUIÑONEZ MORA, YANEIRA DAYANA QUIÑONEZ DE SAAVEDRA y LUIS EDUARDO QUIÑONEZ MORA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, tit.....
