L A D I S P O S I T I V A Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY CLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil Vigente, por mutuo consentimiento de conformidad vinculante con lo establecido en fecha 18 de diciembre de 2015 en la Jurisprudencia Vinculante Nº 15-1085, emitida por la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, solicitud formulada y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los Ciudadanos: MENCIAS VALDERRAMA ETZEL ALEXANDER y SEPULVEDA CRISTANCHO NORAIMA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-17.884.144 y V-18.207.....
