Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este JUZGADO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos DAGLE RAMON LOBO JARA y MARIA ROSARIO ROJAS DE LOBO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V.- 3.372.414 y V- 8.000.275, respectivamente, domiciliados en Lagunillas Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida y civilmente hábiles Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese ala Unidad de Registro Civil de La Parroquia Lagunillas, Municipio Sucre del Estado Mérida y a la Oficina Principal del Registro Públi.....
