Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SUCRE Y ANTONIO PINTO SALINAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DEMÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El DIVORCIO, de conformidad con el artículo 185- del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, y se declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente, entre los ciudadanos JOSE VICENTE CONTRERAS Y SIOMARA ALTUVE AVILA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nos. V- 8.030.477 y V-6.533.863, respectivamente, domiciliados en el Balcón del Sector El Boquerón, carretera principal en la entrada a San Juan, Municipio Sucre del Estado Bolivariano de Mérida, y civilmente hábiles Y ASI SE DECLARA.- SEGUNDO: En virtud de tal pronunciamiento anterior ofíciese a la Unidad de Registro Civil del Municipio Sucre Parroq.....
