L A D I S P O S I T I V A Por las razones anteriormente expuestas este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS LIBERTADOR Y SANTOS MARQUINA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MÉRIDA ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA CONVERSION EN DIVORCIO DE LA SEPARACION DE CUERPOS, de conformidad con el artículo 185 del Código Civil Vigente, la solicitud formulada y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos: RAFAEL EDUARDO ACEVEDO PACHECO y SINEYI ZAMBRANO PEREZ, venezolanos mayores de edad, cónyuges entre sí, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V-10.489.267 y V- 7.926.112, respectivamente, domiciliados en esta ciudad de Mérida y civilmente hábiles, según matrimonio protocolizado por ante el Registro Civil de la Parroquia Guarenas del Municipio Plaza del estado Mirand.....
