En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada conforme a lo establecido en el Articulo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente y en consecuencia disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos BELKIS LUISA CARRIZO, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-12.656.099 y ORDOÑEZ TORRES SAID ELIAS, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad N° V-12.656.446. Así se decide. PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE.
