este TRIBUNAL QUINTO (5°) DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con la Sentencia N° 1070, con carácter vinculante, de fecha 09 de diciembre de 2016, emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos GLORIA LUZ HERNANDEZ MENDOZA y ANGEL JACINTO LINARES MENESES, venezolanos, mayores de edad, casados, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros. V-15.854.498, V-14.473.708
