este TRIBUNAL QUINTO (5°) DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con la Sentencia N° 1070, con carácter vinculante, de fecha 09 de diciembre de 2016, emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos ALI SEGUNDO IVAÑEZ SANCHEZ y OLINDA ESTHER RADA VARGAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° V-15.435.371 y N° V- 16.306.639, respectivamente PUBLIQUESE, COPIESE Y REGISTRESE.
