En consecuencia, por las consideraciones anteriormente hechas este TRIBUNAL QUINTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS ALBERTO ADRIANI, ANDRES BELLO, OBISPO RAMOS DE LORA Y CARACCIOLO PARRA OLMEDO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MERIDA CON SEDE EL VIGIA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con la Sentencia N° 1070, con carácter vinculante, de fecha 09 de diciembre de 2016, emanada de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y en consecuencia DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL existente entre los ciudadanos VIRGINIA MARIA GONZALEZ, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° V-15.854.994 y JHON JAIRO OROZCO MANZUR, colombiano, mayor de edad, con Pasaporte N° BE375744, con cedula de ciudadanía N° 1.041.892.946.
