Este JUZGADO EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS TOVAR, ZEA, GUARAQUE Y ARZOBISPO CHACÓN DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la solicitud formulada de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Vigente y consecuencialmente DECLARA disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos JOSÉ GREGORIO SÁNCHEZ PÉREZ y DAISY JUANITA ROJAS DE SÁNCHEZ.-
