En orden de las consideraciones que anteceden, este JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, RESUELVE: PRIMERO: DECLARA FIRME EL DECRETO DE INTIMACIÓN de fecha 17 se diciembre del año 2007, el cual obra agregado a los folios 15 y 16 del presente expediente. SEGUNDO: PROCÉDE EN LA PRESENTE CAUSA COMO SENTENCIA PASADA EN AUTORIDAD DE COSA JUZGADA, de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 651 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en el juicio seguido entre el ciudadano ADIEL CAÑIZARES, contra el ciudadano WILSON ENRIQUE PERNIA, por concepto de COBRO DE BOLÍIVARES POR VÍA INTIMATORIA, en virtud de no haber hecho oposición al decreto intimatorio de fecha 17 de Diciembre del año 2007. Y así se decide. TERCERO: En consecuencia en virtud de tal declaratoria se le concede a las partes los lapsos establecidos en los artículos 2.....

En mérito a las consideraciones que anteceden, este JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, procediendo en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: Que es INCOMPETENTE para conocer de la presente causa por razón del territorio, y que cuya competencia le corresponde al JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA CON SEDE EN LA CIUDAD DEL VIGIA, de conformidad con el artículo 754 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Y así se decide. SEGUNDO: Considera COMPETENTE para conocer y decidir la solicitud de DIVORCIO 185-A DEL CODIGO CIVIL, correspondiente a los ciudadanos ELIZABETH MUÑOZ MOLINA Y PASCUAL DE JESÚS ROJAS DAVILA, al JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, con sede en la ciudad de el VIGIA. .....

Este JUZGADO TERCERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR El Divorcio, de conformidad con el artículo 185-A del Código Civil y consecuencialmente declara disuelto el vínculo matrimonial existente entre los ciudadanos VICTOR GERARDO HERNÁNDEZ SOTO y YESENIA MERCEDES LARA LABRADOR, venezolanos, mayores de edad, cónyuges, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. 8.011.403 y 8.021.956 respectivamente, domiciliados en la ciudad de Ejido Municipio Campo Elías del Estado Mérida, cuyo vínculo fue constatado del acta expedida por ante la Secretaria Municipal del Consejo Municipal Campo Elías del Estado Mérida, bajo el Acta N° 01, en fecha 15 de marzo del año 1.986.
